Hi, I’m Hannah Moody.

Clinical Supervisor | LIMHP | hannah@jaimentalhealth.com

The people who tend to come into my office are looking for, and wanting, the answers to questions that we just don’t get to know. While I won’t always, or even usually, have the answers, I strive to provide a calm and safe place to face the discomfort of the unknown. Together we can learn what it means to be a human, and how you want to approach living your life. I find happiness in working with and helping others through major life changes, various forms of anxiety, complicated relationships, and simply trying to navigate the stress of everyday life.

I might be right fit for your needs if you are looking for a therapist who shows up authentically themselves, loves to include humor along the way, and wants to see you succeed. While I believe you know your world best, I work to gently challenge my clients to consider other perspectives, coping skills, or approaches to creating the life they want.

While I did not originally see myself pursuing a career in counseling, it has become such an honor to meet so many amazingly complex and strong humans who have allowed me to be apart of their journey. Through the early years of my work it has become important to me to build strong foundations with clients in order to work in collaboration to meet your goals.

Outside of the office, I’m most likely walking my dogs (Willow and Walnut) around Holmes Lake, exploring different community events with friends, doing anything related to volleyball, or cheering on the Huskers. And on a quiet day you might be able to catch the sounds of 60s/70s/80s music coming from my office!
